Wayne Brown
Owner/President, Total Employee Leasing
Wayne started Total Employee Leasing (TEL) in 2000 determined to develop a business that would fulfill the needs of companies across the nation. Wayne is a life-long resident of Pensacola, Florida and is very active in the community. Sitting on various boards throughout Escambia County, Wayne is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Before starting TEL, Wayne was an integral part of another family-owned business, Instrument Control Service (ICS). ICS was started by Wayne’s father, Willard Brown, in 1967. Together, Wayne and Willard grew ICS’s annual sales to over $70 million per year before selling it to General Electric in 1997. Wayne’s has a background in engineering, risk management, project management, and sales.

David Pasqualone
Sales & Marketing Director, Total Employee Leasing
Following a successful career in the Law Enforcement sector of the Defense Industry and teaching Management & Sales classes at Pensacola Christian College, David came to TEL as a consultant in May of 2010. After only three short weeks, it was clear that this relationship was a fit. In October of 2010, David assumed the full-time role of Sales & Marketing Director. Since then, TEL has grown by leaps and bounds both internally, and through their client base. “We are the best PEO in the industry today. Now it’s just time to TEL everyone.” ~David Pasqualone

Bobby Corbett
Sales Manager, Total Employee Leasing
As Sales Manager, Bobby is in charge of client relations and making sure that the needs of all clients, new and existing, are communicated fully within the organization to ensure the highest level of quality service. Prior to joining TEL, Bobby had a successful career in Retail/Commercial Sales working for large, Fortune 500 corporations such as Verizon, Circuit City, and Gateway Computers. He is an active member of many boards and charities in Northwest Florida.

Teri Telhiard
Human Resource Manager, Total Employee Leasing
Teri Telhiard relocated from Birmingham, AL and joined the TEL family in 2010. Teri has over 10 years of progressive HR experience in Employment Law, Employee Relations, Training, Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits. Teri has a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College in Norcross, GA and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Teri is a member of SHRM, GPSHRM (Greater Pensacola Society for Human Resources), Birmingham SHRM, and ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). As a strategic partner, Teri takes great pride in effectively and accurately providing business owners with the HR expertise needed to support a successful business in an era of rapid change in the workplace.

Shawn Brown
Risk Manager, Total Employee Leasing
A native of Pensacola, Florida, Shawn leads Total Employee Leasing Risk Management department. Since his coming on board with TEL in 2007, Shawn has helped many business owners across the country reduce the number of injuries incurred in their facilities, and subsequently the number of workers compensation claims against them. Saving small and medium sized business owners such as yourself literally hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.

Jessica Saunders
Benefits Specialist, Total Employee Leasing / BayBridge Insurance
Jessica Saunders has worked in various professional industries. In Washington state, Jessica worked at Baines Title and Escrow for 4 years while also attending college. After graduating from Pensacola Christian college, she worked for Regions Bank for 2 years before coming to Total Employee Leasing. She currently works with both Total Employee Leasing and BayBridge Insurance as our in-house Benefits Specialist. Jessica’s goal and desire is to attend to each individual employee directly, finding what Insurance is best for them, their family, and their budget.

Anthony Beauchamp
Co-Owner/Agent, BayBridge Insurance Solutions
Started in the insurance industry over fifteen years ago as the local Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Account Rep. After leaving the largest health insurance provider in Florida he became an Independent Agent representing all the major insurance companies. In 2004 Anthony and David Simpson combined their independent practices together to start Bay Bridge Insurance and Financial Solutions. “Our principals are very simple, always putting the client and their interest first.” By doing just that, BayBridge Insurance has grown to become one of the largest Employee Benefit Agencies in the Florida Panhandle.

After spending 14 years at Colonial Life’s corporate headquarters, Wayne moved back to his hometown of Pensacola in 2007. Steve Dickson
Account Executive, Express Employment Professionals- Pensacola
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Steve moved to Pensacola in 1989 to attend Pensacola Christian College. After graduating w/a degree in Secondary Education, he taught and coached for 10 years, winning basketball championships on the local, regional, state and national level. Steve says, “I am excited about the opportunities at Express as we see our country climb out of recession. My goal is to be a resource for as many great companies as I can so that we can help as many great people as possible.” Steve still coaches basketball and soccer. He is involved in our local Chambers of Commerce, enjoys networking with other business-to-business professionals, he attends Olive Baptist and Rotary International.
