Total Employee Leasing (TEL) is a family-owned company based in Pensacola, FL. Two brothers started the business in 2000
determined to develop a business that would fulfill the needs of companies across the nation.
Wayne and Gene Brown are life-long residents of Pensacola, FL. Both were an integral part of another family-owned business,
Instrument Control Service (ICS). ICS was started by their father in 1967 and grew to more than $70M in annual sales before it
was purchased by General Electric in 1997. Their past experience includes accounting, engineering, risk management, project
management and sales.
Both Wayne and Gene are actively involved in their local community. They attend Hillcrest Baptist Church and sit on various
boards throughout Escambia County. Gene is involved with missions work throughout the world. He helped develop a church in
Century, FL. He has led mission trips to Brazil where houses were built for low-income families. He is also on the board of
directors for the Northwest Florida Crippled Children's Home.
Together, they have built a solid business based upon the foundation their father inspired in their lives. Being honest
